For the past several months I have really been a bit of a slacker. I have continued to exercise, although it has not been as frequent as it once was in the beginning of my journey to change my poor physical health.
For the most part, I have been eating plenty of vegetables and fruits. However, I have not been journaling nor measuring my portion sizes consistently. Those actions has been few and far between. But now I am back again, focused on continuing my pursuit to reach my ultimate weight loss goal as well as attempting to maintain a healthy body in the process.
Each year as I approach another birthday I have been revisiting my meal plans in an effort to stay on track. Changing menus and incorporating a variety of different foods make my meals more interesting and desirable.
So, it is time to get down to the grindstone once again. Prepping those meals on Sundays for the week, journaling and sticking to my caloric intake. Exercising and getting the proper amount of sleep at night are all back as priorities on my list to stay focused to reach my goal.
